Your Obligations:To facilitate the advisory process, it is crucial that you provide accurate and timely information. Additionally, you are responsible for notifying me of any significant matters or changes that may impact the lender's decision.
Timeframes and Ongoing Services:Our initial financial advice meeting may require one to two hours, and subsequent meetings may be necessary for the entire application and advice process. We will periodically check in to see if your circumstances have changed and if you need further assistance. Feel free to contact me if your situation evolves or if you require adjustments to your loan.
Remuneration and Payment:In most cases, our services are provided at no direct cost to you. Instead, remuneration is received from our suppliers, such as banks and finance companies. Commission received for implementing a home loan covers research, analysis, and administrative costs. We will also pay a referral fee or commission to our referral partners. We can also receive a referral fee or commission if we refer you to our referral partners.
Conflict of interests and Commissions:On settlement of a mortgage we usually receive commission from the applicable product provider. The commission is generally of an upfront nature but may also include a trail commission. We also receive a fixed rate roll over fee from some product providers if we assist in refixing your loan. We manage these conflicts of interest by:
- Always recommending the best product for your purpose regardless of the type and amount of commission we will receive.
- Ensuring the amount of any loan is in accordance with your identified needs.
- Conducting annual training on how to manage any conflicts of interest and record any conflicts in a register that we review and manage.

Should you wish to access or rectify any of the information obtained with your permission, we encourage you to promptly contact us. It's crucial to note that your personal and business information may also be disclosed to professionals like solicitors, accountants, insurance advisers, or valuers upon your request. Additionally, disclosure may occur to prospective purchasers if there is an intention to sell our Financial Adviser business. In compliance with regulatory requirements, information may be shared with entities like the Financial Markets Authority and/or independent compliance reviewers for monitoring or compliance purposes. Moreover, in the event of a dispute, your information may be disclosed to our independent disputes resolution scheme, insurer, product provider, or legal adviser.
We acknowledge the possibility of lawful disclosure of your personal information under Court Orders or Statutory Notices pursuant to taxation laws.
